RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At MH TILE PLUS, we want every customer to have a clear understanding of how our returns work.
Please read the points below carefully before making a purchase.
Tile Returns

Open tile boxes cannot be returned.

Clearance tiles or any clearance products are non-returnable.

Returns depend on the packing and the overall condition of the boxes.
If boxes are damaged or not in original condition, the return may not be accepted.
Bathroom Products
The following items must be checked in the shop or at the time of delivery:
- Toilets
- Cabinets
- Mixers
- Any other bathroom product
Once the product has been checked and accepted, it cannot be returned unless there is a genuine issue found at the time of inspection.
Important Note
We always encourage customers to carefully check all items before taking them away.
This helps avoid any issues later and ensures you receive the product in perfect condition.
